Our Role as Resellers

Paving and Slabs Ltd acts solely as a reseller and trader of porcelain paving slabs, natural stone, and related outdoor landscaping accessories. We do not manufacture any of the structural porcelain or stone items listed on our website or dispatched from our yard facilities.

Product Sourcing and Manufacturer’s Responsibility

We carefully source our paving items from reputable global suppliers. However, because we do not run the production lines, we are unable to personally guarantee the long-term finish performance, structural surface integrity, or aesthetic weathering of the paving (including but not limited to paint fading, surface wear, or outer coating issues) as these are dependent on individual factory chemical treatments and manufacturer processes.

Any structural complaints or product concerns related directly to manufacturing faults—such as unexpected batch discoloration, surface flaking, or finish deterioration—will be immediately forwarded to the respective manufacturer for a technical review. Paving and Slabs Ltd will gladly help facilitate this communication but accepts no third-party liability for such issues beyond the parameters explicitly outlined in the manufacturer's operational warranty (where applicable).

Customer Inspection and Claims Policy

Crucial Action Required Before Laying: Customers are strictly required to thoroughly inspect all stone crates and porcelain pallets upon delivery and prior to breaking out mixes or setting down beds. Once a paving product has been installed or modified by your landscaper, claims for visual discrepancies, structural flaws, mis-shipped sizing, or surface-level defects can no longer be accepted under any circumstances.
