Our Role as Resellers

Paving and Slabs acts solely as a reseller and trader of porcelain paving slabs and related materials. We do not manufacture any of the porcelain products listed on our website or sold from our premises.

Product Sourcing and Limitations

Manufacturer’s Responsibility

We carefully source our paving products from reputable suppliers. However, we are unable to guarantee the long-term performance, surface integrity, or appearance of porcelain paving, including but not limited to paint fading, surface wear, or coating issues, as these are dependent on the individual manufacturer's processes.

Any complaints or concerns related to manufacturing defects—such as discoloration, flaking, or finish deterioration—will be forwarded directly to the relevant manufacturer for review. Paving and Slabs will help facilitate communication but accepts no liability for such issues beyond what is provided by the manufacturer's warranty (if applicable).

Customer Inspection and Claims

Inspect Before Installation

Customers are strongly encouraged to thoroughly inspect all products upon delivery and prior to installation. Once a product is installed, claims for visual or surface-level defects can no longer be accepted.
